金属矿山ERP系统总体设计及关键因素分析

    Study on the function design and the key technologies of metal mine ERP

    • 摘要: 为满足金属矿山企业管理信息化的需求,对金属矿山ERP系统进行总体设计。在介绍系统设计目标及模块划分的基础上,分析了系统设计的关键因素。根据金属矿山企业业务流程相对不稳定的特点,应采用基于工作流的柔性构件组装技术进行设计。品位数据贯穿于金属矿山的整个生产过程,应结合品位数据建立分析评价模型。成本分析是金属矿山企业管理的核心,系统应进行多角度的成本分析控制。

       

      Abstract: With the informatization requirement of metal mine enterprises, Metal Mine ERP is dsigned. Based on the analysis of the design object, system modules, the key factors are emphasized. Firstly, the business process is unstable, so the component composition technology based on workflow should be used to design the system architecture. Secondly, ore grade is important in the whole produce process, so the analysis and evaluation model of ore grade should be built to study the relationship of the ore grade in different period. Thirdly, cost analysis is the core part to enterprise management, so the multi-dimensional model should be built to control the production cost.
