Abstract: In the sight of analysis of commercial mineral exploration achievements and prominent problems in Henan bureau of geo-exploration and mineral development,directed toward the system Shortage and imperfectness of commercial mineral exploration in current "mineral resources lay",the legal problems of commercial mineral exploration discussed in the article,which needed to be solved in short term,promoting healthy,rapid and coordinated development of mineral resources in Henan province.
