Abstract: This Paper briefly explains the main point of the theoretical basis and technological method of whole sand cemented waste-fill mining with the new solidifying agent of "whole sand quick-setting filling materials", analyzes the feasibility of whole sand waste filling and comprehensively introduces the commercial tests of the new mining technology with whole sand quick-setting solidification. The commercial scale tests achieved the goal, obtained successful experiences and showed the advantages and vast vistas of this new technology.
