Abstract: How to evaluate the price of the ore-ownership when it comes to Paid Processing action of the Mining-Ownership and how to assess the value of ore-ownership when it comes to the transfer of the ownership after the compensation of it are the questions all the time. It comes out that there is short of essential support from the law and rules to the rationality of the evaluation results by comparing between them. Analyzing the relations between them, this article aims to suggest the theoretical circles and practical circles not to compare them superficially.
