Abstract: In this paper, authors give clear concepts about remain quantity and remain period of ore of threegrades,which is in possession of mine or mining method, advance calculating formulas of remain quan-tity and remain period when every block has same size and direction of mining is advancing, under oth-er conditions these formulas play basic role, and critisize erroneous calculation formulas and attitude.
