大跨度厚煤顶切眼破坏特征及控制对策研究

    Research on failure feature of cut open-off with large span and thick coal roof and its control countermeasures

    • 摘要: 本文以大黄山煤矿+735综放面切眼为研究对象,分析了该类切眼围岩控制特点,探讨了大跨度厚煤顶切眼围岩破裂机制,在此基础上对其围岩裂隙发育度进行分类;同时,对大跨度厚煤顶锚杆锚固区域内的煤体建立了"承载梁"力学模型,应用弹性力学、结构力学及材料力学理论推演"承载梁"不发生拉伸破坏的极限条件。提出了"承载区分级"区域控制对策,并详细分析了其具体措施和作用效果。井下对+735综放面切眼支护试验结果表明,锚网(索)"承载区分级"强力支护系统对大跨度厚煤顶切眼的控制有良好的效果,提高了该类切眼服务期间的稳定性,能为类似条件切眼支护技术提供借鉴。

       

      Abstract: This paper took+735fully mechanized caving face of Dahuangshan coal mine as researched object,and analyzed its surrounding rock control characteristic and the failure mechanism,and then classified the fracture development degree of its surrounding rock.Furthermore,the loading-beam mechanical model of the coal body in anchoring area with large span and thick coal roof was established.And,by means of elastic,structure and materials mechanics,the limit conditions of unbroken state with tensile force was deduced.Sectional countermeasures in gradational loading area were put forward and the specified measures and working effect were analyzed in detail.The field support practice shows that "loading grade" anchor(cable)enhanced support system achieves good control effects on cut open-off with large span and thick coal roof and proves its stability in service period,which also provides technical support for the cut open-off with similar conditions.
