摘要: 在简要介绍我国金属矿产资源开发利用现状基础上,分析了金融危机对我国金属矿产业的影响。然后,构建了金融危机背景下中国金属矿产资源开发利用战略框架。该框架包括宏观管理、微观战略和"两种资源,两个市场"。

Abstract: Based on the brief introduction of metal mineral resources development and utilization of China, it analyzed the financial crisis on the impact of China’s metal mining industry.Then, building the strategic framework of the development and utilization of Chinese metal mineral resources under the background of the financial crisis.The framework includes macro-management, micro-strategy and the"two resources and two markets".
