主井提升机非正常情况下卸煤不净的技术改造

    Technology transformation of main shaft hoist in normal circumstances on non-fully coaldump

    • 摘要: 文章针对主井提升机卸煤不净,造成箕斗在装载位置二次装煤,以及提升机提不动的原因进行了较为深入的分析,揭示了等速段电流偏小是导致上述现象发生的根源所在,并以许疃煤矿主井主提升机为对象进行了技术改造,改造后的提升机自运行以来,已避免上述现象一百多次,达到了预防主井提升机二次装煤和提升机提不动的目的。该研究结果对目前我国煤矿主井主提升机的技术改造具有很好的借鉴作用。

       

      Abstract: Main hoist remain coal when working abnormal situation this cause the skip bucket leaving to reload and the hoist can't work., we will do the technical improvement for this. After observation, we found the current of constant velocity is smaller showed on the monitor screen before the reload, so we add a protection by change the PL program in order to supervise the current situation. We successfully avoid more than 100 the similar accidents after carry out this protection, this help us reaching our aim to avoid the main hoist reload.
