短壁开采合理煤柱宽度的确定
THE SETTLEMENT OF THE REASONABLE COAL-PILLAR WIDTH IN THE SHORT-WALL MINING

摘要: 为了确保“三下”开采的安全性,本文建立相应力学模型对在短壁开采中留设煤柱的合理宽度进行理论计算;再运用RFPA2D对在短壁式开采中留设不同宽度煤柱的开采过程进行数值模拟,分析比较了留设不同宽度的煤柱对底板和上覆岩层的影响,再现了采动岩体的破坏机理和移动规律。通过理论和数值模拟的综合比较,得出合理的煤柱宽度。为实现井巷保护、资源合理利用和经济的可持续发展提供基础性的依据。Abstract: In order to insure the safety of coal mining under building structure,railway and water body,we establish the corresponding mechanical model and calculate the reasonable coal-pillar width of the short-wall mining in this article;Then the short-wall mining process with the different coal-pillar width is simulated by RFPA2D.The influence to the coal floor and the overlying rock with different coal-pillar width is analyzed and compared;this process reproduces the destruction mechanism and moving rule of the mining rock.By comparing with the result of theory analysis and numerical simulation,we confirm the appropriate coal-pillar width and offer the basic basis to realizing laneway protection,resource sustainable utilization and economic sustainable development.
