错层位关键层稳定性研究

    Study of stability of key stratum in stagger arrangement roadway layout mining

    • 摘要: 通过理论分析和FLAC3D数值模拟对错层位首采和接续工作面上覆岩层的运动规律进行了研究分析。借鉴已成熟的关键层理论公式,在计算中将上覆岩层简化为薄板模型并结合梁的力学特性,得出了工作面上方关键层的极限跨距。首采工作面开采后上覆岩层垮落形态为拱形,错层位接续工作面进风巷布置在上一工作面采空区下方,处于应力降低区,在开采接续工作面时,首采和接续工作面的顶板连成一个整体,上覆岩层垮落后最终形成一个大的拱形,两工作面关键层呈单一超长工作面关键层特点,错层位开采完之后地表下沉是缓慢均匀的。

       

      Abstract: Through theoretical analysis and FLAC3D numerical simulation of disordered layer location coal mining method of first and succeeded working face on the overlaying strata movement rule are analyzed,draw on the experience of key strata mature theory formula,Overburden in the calculation is simplified to thin plate model and combined the mechanical properties of beam,the face of above key strata of the limit span is obtained,After the first mining face mining,overburden caving form as the arch,into the wind lane of disordered layer location succeeded working face which was arranged in the stress reducing area of the first working face goaf below,When mining the succeeded working face,the first and the succeeded working face roof together as a whole,the two strata on the working plane down behind eventually formed a large arch,two face key stratum is a single long face characteristics of key stratum,after a mining disordered layer surface subsidence is slow uniform.
