Abstract: According to the experience and lesson of the mining right management of an exploration unit,the paper discusses the questions for administrative object theoretically and practically,including reducing costs,gaining income from mining right investment etc.Meanwhile,some proposlas are put forward for how to develop the service provided by administrative subject.
