Abstract: Mineral resources,which distribute some special zones,are the base of the whole industry system.So,they play a particular role in our country economy.People worry about the secure of our country because of the role.In this paper,the natural gift of mineral resources in our country and domestic supply is lack.The paper defines the secure as the economic secure according as the nature of the issue.The lack of external dependence degree for depicting the economic secure is analyzed and the notion of fine depicting is put out.In order to weaken the mineral resources' infection to our national secure,the idea that increasing supply is the key and using foreign mineral resources is the core is put out in the paper.At last,the good methods to using foreign mineral resources include participating in international market actively,lighting the national behavior of nation-owned enterprise and permitting private enterprise come into mineral industry.
