Abstract: In this paper,the author analyzes social problems and economic problems,discusses the dialectic relationship between the above problems and technology,makes some researches on the necessary and sufficient conditions of the continuous development of our national coal industry.A series of tratics are introduced.The role of science and technology as well as state policies to above problems is emphasized.The views in the paper play instructive role to the well development of our national coal corporation,so do the other mining corporations.
