熵权决策法在煤矿建设施工方案评标中的应用

    The application of entropy weight in the bid of the coal mine construction project

    • 摘要: 为了选择最优的煤矿建设施工方案,在评标时,本文首先构建了施工方案的评价指标,然后应用熵权决策法计算各评价指标的熵和熵权,并按照方案到理想点的距离及其贴近度的大小,对各方案排序,最后选出最优的施工方案。应用结果表明:该方法有助于解决以往评标过程中,评价指标的权重确定过分依赖主观臆断的弊端,从而为煤矿建设方案的评标提供一种新思路。

       

      Abstract: In order to choose the optimal bid scheme in the coal mine construction project, this paper establishes evaluation indexes and applies entropy weight to computer the entropy and entropy weight of the evaluation indexes, then sorts bid scheme on basis of the distance and closeness of the ideal point and select the optimal bid scheme. The results show that this method solves the drawbacks that the evaluation indexes depend on the subjective assumptions too much and provide an effective method for choosing the optimal bid scheme of the coal mine construction.
