Abstract: Win-win cooperation is a important principle of China for opening to the outside world. China has relative low per capita mineral resources, and the strategic mineral resources are a relative shortage, include oil, iron, copper, aluminum and potash salt, so we not only based on the domestic supply of mineral resources also need to more use overseas mineral resources. Theworld’s mineral resources are very rich, which especially in Asia, Africa, South America. Because most developing countries have not yet entered a large-scale industrialization and high consumption of mineral resources stage, there are provide a favorable conditions and historical opportunity for us to more use of overseas mineral resources through a variety of ways, such as risky exploration, purchasing investment and international mineral trade.
