Abstract: For the sustainable development and utilization of Guizhou's coal industry, this paper systematically analyses situations and problems of the prospecting and exploration about GuiZhou's coal resource, supply suggestions as follow:augmenting plan management, carrying out macro-control of total quantity, improving distribution and scale of coal mines, disposing mineral resource with market, consolidating environment protection, increasing degree of the prospecting, finishing off remaining problems,etc.
