Abstract: The construction of coal mine emergency system has gradually become the focus of the Coal Mine Safety,modern safe and efficient mine mode will also be the future direction of development of China's coal industry.In order to make the construction of the emergency system of large coal mines more rational and efficient,take Buertai coal mine as an example,the permanent refuge chamber construction is briefly introduced.The general characteristics of large safe and efficient mine of Shendong Group is summed up.The problems and solutions of this type of coal mine are analyzed during the emergency system construction.
