三交河煤矿巷道围岩物理力学性质测试研究

    Physical and mechanical properties test of roadway surrounding rock in Sanjiaohe mine coal

    • 摘要: 为解决三交河煤矿巷道围岩支护设计问题,提供初始的基础参数,利用实验室方法对围岩物理力学性质进行了测试和分析。实验结果表明:三交河煤矿2煤平均密度比煤2略大;泥岩平均密度相差不大;老顶K8中砂岩平均密度最大,为2727.15kg/m3。2煤单轴抗压强度平均值为15.53MPa。2煤单轴抗压强度平均值为9.89MPa。2煤和2煤直接顶底均为泥岩,但平均单轴抗压强度相差较大,分别为26.13MPa和54.32MPa。在单轴压缩试验条件下,围岩应力-应变曲线都具有上凹-直线-峰值-破坏的变化特征。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve supporting design of roadway surrounding rock in Sanjiaohe Mine Coal and provide initial parameters, physical and mechanical properties of roadway surrounding rock were tested and analyzed using laboratory methods. The experimental results show that average density of the lower part of 2# coal is bigger than that of the upper part of 2# coal. Average density of the mudstone is similar. The average density of sandstone K8 in the old top is maximum and 2727.15kg/m3. The average values of uniaxial compressive strength of the upper part and the lower part of 2# coal are respectively 15.53MPa and 9.89MPa. Both of the direct top and bottom are mudstone and the mudstone of the direct top and bottom are respectively 26.13MPa and 54.32MPa. Rock stress-strain curves show variation characteristics of the concave-a straight line-the peak-the destruction in uniaxial compression tests.
