Abstract: Firstly,The article produces the principles of establishing the index evaluation system of economic security.The index evaluation system of presidial economic security is constructed while taking into the factors affecting evaluation into consideration.Secondly,the paper has brought about a new method on evaluating presidial economic security.Finally,a scientific and reasonable analyzing and evaluation on economic security of shanDong province is given through disposing evaluation factors quantitatively.
