Abstract: Mining and utilizing coal has polluted and damaged the ecological environment around much more.It will be the only chose to control coal mining and bring coal enterprises into the recycle economy system which would realize the coal enterprises' sustainable development.Based on the theory of Recycle Economy,treating Cleaner Production as the core technology and depending on coal resources,the Coal Eco-Industrial Park whose content was industry chain net and multi-products was constructed.
