Abstract: In order to reduce the damage caused by water inrush accident, the coal mining water inrush accident could be controlled and prevented from two aspects: on the one hand, management measure - adjust coal production structure, rectify coal production order, implement coal mining safety strategy, improve coal mining safe technology & science system and prevention system, perfect safe technology standard; on the other hand, technology measure-on the basis of enhancing meteorologic and hydrologic performance and mining area hydrologic geology exploration, the ground waterproof engineering and underground waterproof engineering could be implemented purposely and the contingency planning for water inrush could be developed.
