内蒙某地低贫萤石矿浮选提纯工艺研究

STUDY ON PURITY FLUORITE BY LOW QUALITYFLOTATION TECHNOLOGY IN NEI MENG AREA

摘要: 研究了内蒙某低贫萤石矿生产优质低硅萤石精矿的浮选药剂和工艺流程。通过采用一次粗选、七次精选、碱性介质精选的浮选工艺,获得含CaF₂ 94.60%、SiO₂ 4.20%,回收率为76.82%的冶金级萤石精矿。

Abstract: The flotation reagent and technological flowsheet of producing purity fluorite concentrate by low quality fluorite in Nei Meng Area.The application of the technology of flotation in alkalescence medium,which consist of one coughing,seven cleanings has abstained fluorite concentrate with CaF₂ of 94.60%、SiO₂ content of 4.20%% and recovery of 76.82%.
