千家坪钒矿采矿方法优化研究

    Study on optimization for mining method in Qianjiaping mine

    • 摘要: 为解决千家坪钒矿在不稳固矿岩条件下高效开采的问题,结合矿体开采技术条件及矿山生产现状,综合考虑顶底柱厚度、间柱宽度、阶段高度及矿块长度等因素,利用FLAC3D数值模拟和层次分析得出适用于该矿的采场结构参数。结果表明:当间柱宽10m、顶底柱厚6m、阶段高50m以及矿块长50m时,采场稳定性最好。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of high-efficient mining in Qianjiaping unstable ore rock conditions,combining with the technical conditions of mining and mining production status,considering the main influence factors of mining method,stope structure parameters being suitable for the mine are obtained by FLAC3D numerical simulation and analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The results indicate that stope stability is best when studding width is 10m,thickness of support basal pillar and basal pillar is 6m,mining level height is 50m,and ore block length is 50m.
