Abstract: The exploration of mineral resources will have great negative influence on the eco-environment quality.This paper analyzes the externalities of the mine econological environment;then put forward a method framework to implement ecological regulation including clear property rights,taxation regulation and ecological monitoring and feedback.This study will provide some references for ecological regulation of mine environment.
