U型钢可缩性支架壁后充填试验研究

    Research on backfill technology for yieldable U-steel support

    • 摘要: 基于在复杂性质围岩的巷道中,U 型钢可缩支架的承载与围岩的作用无法有机的结合的这一情况,对 U 型钢支架失稳机理进行了阐述,并研究分析了壁后充填技术的科学性, 表明使用 U 型钢可缩支架壁后充填技术,可有效改善支架与围岩的关系,使 U 型钢均匀承载, 充分发挥 U 型钢的支护性能。工程应用效果表明, U 型钢可缩支架壁后充填技术的实际效果较理想。

       

      Abstract: Based on the fact that the loading of the yieldable U-steel support cannot be organically combined with the function of the surrounding rocks of roadway in complicated strata, the destabilizing mechanism was expounded in detail and the backfill technology for yieldable U-steel support was analyzed, which shows that the backfill technology behind the U-steel support can better the relationship between the support and the surrounding rock, and it can resist the partial stress concentration and fully improve the support performance. The filed application shows that the support result of backfilling behind the U-steel support is satisfactory.
