改性木粉的制备及其对岩石膨化硝铵炸药爆炸性能的影响

    PREPARATION OF MODIFIED SAWDU AND ITS INFLUENCES ON EXPLOSION PROPERTIES OF ROCK EXPANDED AMMONIUM NITRATE EXPLOSIVE

    • 摘要: 本文对木粉进行了纸浆化处理,制得了具有较大比表面积、扩展表面积、累积孔面积和累积孔体积、孔容和吸附能力的纤维状改性木粉。将此改性木粉用于制备岩石膨化硝铵炸药,爆炸性能的测试结果表明,改性木粉可以显著提高炸药的爆炸性能。同时利用BET法测试了改性木粉的表面特性参数,并与普通木粉进行对比,测试结果说明改性木粉的表面特性得到了明显的改善,是炸药爆炸性能得以提高的根本原因。

       

      Abstract: Fibriform modified sawdu with larger specific surface area, extended surface area, cumulative pore volume and pore area, total pore volume and absorption ability are manufactured through sawdu pulping process. It is shown from measurement results that explosion properties of rock expanded ammonium nitrate explosive made with this modified sawdu can be improved obviously. Surface characteriic parameters of modified sawdu are teed by BET method, and compared with that of ordinary sawdu. It is concluded from te results that surface characteriic of modified sawdu can be increased greatly, which is the essential reason for increasing explosion properties of explosive.
