某低品位原生金矿选矿试验研究

    Benefication experimental study on a low-grade primary gold ore

    • 摘要: 对某低品位原生金矿进行了选矿试验研究。通过对浮选指标各影响因素的优化,得出了粗选最佳选别条件:磨矿细度-200目65%;pH值调整剂碳酸钠用量1500g/t,相应pH值为8.5;浮选浓度31%;丁基黄药用量60g/t;2#油用量35g/t。在此条件下,进行了一次粗选、三次精选、两次扫选的实验室闭路试验,可获得金精矿品位29.8g/t、回收率为94.59%的较好指标。试验结果表明,该低品位金矿可以通过浮选达到预先富集的目的。

       

      Abstract: The benefication test of a low-grade gold ore was performed. The optimal roughing conditions were achieved by optimizing the influence factors of flotation index, they are grinding size of 85% -200mesh, pH is 8.5, and modifier dosage of Na2CO3 is 1500g/t,and flotation concentrationis 31%, and reagent collector dosage of butyl xanthate is 60 g/t, and iol is 35 g/t. Laboratory test through a flotation flowsheet of "one-stage roughing, three-stage cleaning and two-stage scaveng ing" at the optimal operating condition was performed. The gold with the grade of 29.8 g/t and the recovery of 94.59% can be obtained. It showed that this low-grade primary gold ore can be andvancly enriched by flotation.
