基于启动压力梯度的煤层瓦斯流动状态快速判识方法

    Fast recognition method of gas flow state in coal seam based on starting pressure gradient

    • 摘要: 为探讨低渗煤层瓦斯流动的非达西特征,基于GSI煤体分类体系与砂岩启动压力梯度测试方法,进行了不同煤体结构煤样的启动压力梯度测试,建立了启动压力梯度与煤体结构的回归关系,实现了煤层瓦斯流动状态的快速判识。研究表明:在煤矿井下采集煤样或直接观测煤壁,获取其煤体结构,并与GSI煤体分类体系进行比对,确定煤样GSI值后,通过启动压力梯度测试并建立其与GSI的关系,即可实现不同煤体结构煤层启动压力梯度的快速获取与瓦斯流动状态的快速判识。

       

      Abstract: In order to discuss non-Darcy characteristics of gas flow in low-permeability coal seam,based on coal body classification system and test method of starting pressure gradient in sandstone,starting pressure gradient in coal seam which have different coal structure was measured,the regression relationship between starting pressure gradient and coal structure was acquired,fast recognition of gas flow state in coal seam was realized.Research results show that coal structure can be acquired according to sampling or wall observation in coal mine firstly,GSI value of coal samples will be obtained by use of coal body classification system based on GSI,secondly starting pressure gradient can be tested in laboratory and the relationship between it and GSI will be acquired,then fast acquisition of starting pressure gradient and fast recognition of gas flow state in coal seam which have different coal structure will be realized
