中低品位钾长石制备熔块釉及其工艺研究

    Experimental research on the preparation of fritted glaze with low-middle grade potassium feldspar

    • 摘要: 中低品位钾长石需经过提纯才能应用于陶瓷工业,使得成本增加,利用率降低。本文基于中低品位钾长石的高效开发利用,以河南宜阳中低品位钾长石为主要原料,添加矿物原料与化学试剂调配,制备成一种低温熔块釉。通过对熔体保温时间、釉烧温度等工艺条件的实验研究,确定保温时间为2h,釉烧温度范围为850℃~875℃。本研究为中低品位钾长石矿的合理开发利用,提供了一种新的思路。

       

      Abstract: The potassium feldspar of middle-low grade can be applied inceramic industry after purified.The purification process would increase the cost and decrease the utilization ratio of potassium feldspar.Base on the high-efficiency development and utilization of mineral resources,the potassium feldspar of middle-low grade from Yi-yang in Henan province has been used as the main raw material to prepare the fritted glaze.The other mineral materials andthe chemical reagenthave also been used as raw material to adjust the composition of glaze.The results show that the optimum melt holding time and the appropriate glaze firing temperature have been determined:2hand 850~875℃,respectively.Therefore,this research would provide a new approach to the rational development and utilizationfor potassium feldspar of middle-low grade.
