摘要: 本文立足煤炭企业实际,论述了在煤炭企业开展职业生涯管理动因,并就煤炭企业开展职业生涯管理,从职业信息公开、职业生涯指导服务、职业通道建设、职业生涯计划中多方沟通,以及职业生涯管理环境氛围营造等提出了建议,对煤炭企业职业生涯管理具有较好的实践意义。Abstract: Based on the actual of coal enterprises, This article discussed the meaning to develop career management, and suggested for developing career management as follow:Making the career information available; offering the career guidance services, constructing the vocational-channel, career plans multi-communication, creating an atmosphere and environment of career management. This article has good practical significance on the career management of coal enterprises.
