Abstract: Investing in the mining industry by the foreign capital for many years, with the changes in the situation of international resources, our Government reformed in the mining areas of funding and gradually carried out some reforms. At present, the "Mineral Resources Law" had been revised argument, how to guide the foreign capital utilization of foreign investment in mineral exploration and development scientifically and rationally is an important proposition. This article which based on connections of foreign-invested enterprises of China's legal system and "Mineral Resources Law",use of foreign investment policy in mining expounded some innovative provisions in"foreign-invested mineral exploration enterprise management approach".
