Abstract: In this paper, the ceonomic cybernetic models for mineral resources development are estab-lished according to the theory of mineral resources exhaustion and it is pointed out that in order to realizethe optimal development of mineral resources the price of ore must be raised and the output of ore must bereduced year by year.
