某贫赤铁矿选厂合理工艺流程的试验研究

    Experimental research on the reasonable flowsheet on some lean hematite processing plant

    • 摘要: 在分析了某贫赤铁矿矿石性质的基础上,进行了两种工艺流程的选别试验。通过连选试验指标的对比,确定了阶段磨矿、粗细分级、螺旋溜槽-强磁-离心机流程为处理该贫赤铁矿的合理流程。试验结果表明:该流程具有结构合理、运行成本低、铁回收率高、工艺可靠等优点。

       

      Abstract: Based on the study on the properties of the lean hematite,successive separating experiment with two different flowsheets was made.Through the comparison of the separating index,conclusion was made that the flowsheet consisting of stage grinding,classification of coarse and fine size, spiral cute-high intensity magnetic separation-centrifugal separator flowsheet was the rational one in treating the lean hematite.The results show:this processing flowsheet is reasonable in strucrure,reliable and applicable in practice, meanwhile the operation cost is low and a high recovery can be achieved.
