Abstract: The great research value of this subject is illustrated in this paper,based on the industry and its research background related to tube mill and ball crusher.First,on the basis of the pellet section sieving analysis theory,the crushing and grinding mechanism of tube mill and ball crusher is revealed in order to carry out high quality and production of cement,low consumption of raw material.Second,the crushing and grinding process theory,in which tube mill and ball crusher are installed in series,is drawn out from the pellet section sieving analysis theory.Finally,as a new type crushing machinery,the influence that ball crusher has brought to cement crushing and grinding process is clarified.The ideas proposed in this paper will certainly play a positive role in industry related to tube mill and ball crusher to achieve technology progress.
