Abstract: Informatization construction procedure of scientific management means data collection,designing management tools and designing management model.The data collected includes resource data,job class data and performance class data.Module design of management tools includes diagnostic analysis module and decision support module.Diagnostic analysis module includes demand conversion module,performance conversion module and ability conversion module.Decision support module includes resource allocation module,objectives and risk control module.The purpose of management model design is target responsibility by decomposing power to the most basic unit.Standardized,quantitative,transparent and dynamic management can be realized by using informatization scientific management,and the management efficiency can be raised.
