矽卡岩体的工程力学特性及巷道支护对策

摘要: 矽卡岩型铁矿床赋存条件复杂,矿岩软弱破碎,尤其是矽卡岩体,不但强度低且水理性强。位于其间的巷道工程,自稳性时间短,维护难度大,致使矿石回采难以正常进行。本文通过对矽卡岩体的工程特性实验研究,揭示了该类围岩巷道的变形破坏机理,由此提出了对应的支护方法,并在国内几大难采矿山得到推广应用。Abstract: Skarn iron deposits have several characteristics: the occurrence condition of orebody is complicated, mine rocks are soft and fragile, and especially, Skarns has low strength and high water weakening properties. Under this circumstance, drift and roadway engineering are unstable and difficult to maintain, which may interrupt normal stoping. According to experimental study of Skarn rock’s engineering characteristic, this paper reveals the deformation and destroying mechanism of the drift and roadway surrounded by Skarn rock. And it also shows proper support methods and the applications of these methods to large scale domestic mines which are hard to conduct extraction.
