新疆某选铜尾矿中铁回收试验

    Tests on iron recovery for a xinjiang copper tailing

    • 摘要: 新疆某铜铁矿经浮选选铜后,尾矿铁品位在26%左右,由显微镜、X射线衍射分析可知金属矿物主要为赤铁矿(实际为镜铁矿),少量黄铁矿、黄铜矿、铜蓝、辉铜矿、褐铁矿等。为解决现行强磁选回收该铁资源利用率低的问题,进行了磁化焙烧-磁选工艺研究,将原矿中弱磁性的赤铁矿还原为强磁性的磁铁矿,再采用弱磁选获得了品位为58.78%,回收率89.00%的高品质的铁精矿。对实现尾矿的资源化利用,减少尾矿堆放对环境的污染有重要意义。

       

      Abstract: The iron grade of one Xinjiang copper flotation tailings reaches up to 25%,by a microscopic,X-ray diffraction analysis shows that metal minerals are hematite (actual specularite),a small amount of pyrite,chalcopyrite,covellite,chalcocite,limonite,etc.In order to utilize the resource,one enterprise has used high intensity magnetic separation to recover iron minerals.For solving the problem low resource efficiency,reducing roasting-magnetic separation test was finished,then weak magnetic hematite was reduced to high magnetic magnetite.The iron concentrate grade of 58.78% at iron recovery 89.00% was obtained by low magnetic separation.The research has important significance on reclamation of the tailings and reducing environmental pollution due to tailing stack.
