Abstract:
High-phosphorus hematite-limonite ore was studied by the spectral analysis, the chemical analysis, and the determination of iron phase, and occurrence mode of ore. Under the case that general ways of high-intensity magnetic separation, Gravity Separation, and floatation did not obtained good beneficiation index, according to the nature of ore, segregation technological conditions of iron increase and dephosphorization from high-phosphorus hematite-limonite ore were studied, including these experiments of the dosage of chlorination agents, the dosage of reducing reagent, intensity of magnetic field, grinding granularity, and full process experiments on segregation -low-intensity magnetic separation. Results were shown that: the dosage of suitable chlorination agents was 25%, and the dosage of suitable reducing agent was 11%, and suitable intensity of magnetic field was 0.15T, and suitable grinding granularity was -0.074mm. Under optimization technological conditions, the iron grade of 55.77% and the iron recovery of 85.48% were obtained.
