利用相似模拟法研究水力旋流器的分级过程
RESEARCHING OF HYDROCYCIONE CLASSIFICATING PROCESS BY SIMULATION

摘要: 水力旋流器分级过程具有随机性、复杂性和给料性质多变等特点,因而准确模拟该过程具有重要意义。本文针对通常水力旋流器理论模型和经验模型存在的缺陷,提出了利用“黑箱理论”与“相似理论”相结合的模拟方法——相似模拟法。利用这种方法,通过试验而建立的水力旋流器分级模拟器,可全面描述水力旋流器分级过程,也可用于分级过程分析、指标预报、模拟放大和参数优化等方面。Abstract: The hydrocyclone classification is stochastic, complicated and the feed material is varied. It is important to simulate the hydrocyclone classification accurately. Anew method to simulate the hydrocyclone classification was developed in this paper for overcoming the shortcomings of theoretical and empirical simulating method. This method combined the Black Box theory and the similarity priciple is named the similarity simulation method in this paper. The hydrocyclone classification simulator was developed through hydrocyclone classification test with the method mentioned above. This simulator can represent the hydrocyclone classification and can be used for process analysis, prediction, scale-up and optimization.
