Abstract: Value Analysis(VA) has been used widely in the field of evaluation and optimization of projects. Study of Satety Economy can benefit from this method and put Safety Analysis to coal mine, and then settle the problem of the optimization of maximizing Safety Function against minimizing Safety Cost. From the basic conceptions and analysis methods, We discuss kinds of characteristic of VA, and the way how to improve Safety Value. By this way, We do some research in the methods and applications of Safety Economy Analysis of Anti-Blast Wirless Communication System(ABWCS).
