Abstract: This paper reviews the basic situation and problems of examination,approval and registration of mining rights in China before the enforcement of assignment of uniformed number of mining rights,emphatically analyzes the positive results of the management of mining rights after the enforcement of enforcement of assignment of uniformed number of mining rights and puts forward the policy suggestion for improving the system of assignment of uniformed number of mining rights.
