Abstract: As well- known,safety accidents of coal mining have a high frequency in recent years in China.This paper argues that the high accidental frequency of coal mine is caused by the unpowerful execution of the safety policy on the coal mining;therefore,this paper tries to make a deep analyses on policy implementation of safety production in coal mine from the perspective of policy implementation,analysises the questions from the game of different benefit body,the mechanism of policy implementation and monitoring of coal mine safety,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
