Abstract: As the level that is the automation of elevation system of mine has greatly improved, the requirement of psychological quality of the staff who operate the motivational equipment has increased instead of lowering. The study of psychology and the contradiction of production practice show that it is necessary to carry out the psychological test and selection of the staff who operate the elevation system of mine, because it can guarantee the safe production, improve the efficiency of labour, optimize the disposal of human resources, and it can help to establish the harmonious relationship between human and machine. Eventually, it promotes the development of enterprise harmony and social harmony.
