摘要: 随着矿山矿井动力提升系统自动化水平的提高,动力操纵员工的心理素质要求不是降低了,而是更高了。心理学研究及生产实践矛盾均表明,实施矿山动力提升系统操纵员工的心理测量与选拔,对工矿企业具有保障安全生产,提高劳动效率,优化人力资源配置,有助建立企业人-机关系和谐,并最终促进工矿企业和谐和社会和谐发展等重要意义。Abstract: As the level that is the automation of elevation system of mine has greatly improved, the requirement of psychological quality of the staff who operate the motivational equipment has increased instead of lowering. The study of psychology and the contradiction of production practice show that it is necessary to carry out the psychological test and selection of the staff who operate the elevation system of mine, because it can guarantee the safe production, improve the efficiency of labour, optimize the disposal of human resources, and it can help to establish the harmonious relationship between human and machine. Eventually, it promotes the development of enterprise harmony and social harmony.
