Abstract: Jiangxi province is a big nonferrous metal producer that has a long mining history and where the producing areas are concentrated and some world class mines were build in succession.Just due to these conditions,the solid waste of nonferrous metal mines in Jiangxi is characterized by enormous amount and concentrated pollution.In view of the practical treatment and disposal conditions in nonferrous metal mines in Jiangxi,the problems in mine solid waste management are pointed out and the countermeasures proposed,which will be of some significance to the sustainable development of Jiangxi's nonferrous metal mines.
