尾砂资源利用实践初探

    Primary disscussion on utilization practice of tailings resource

    • 摘要: 我国铁矿石资源较为贫乏,人均占有量较低。铁矿石开采加工过程中,产生的废石在排土场堆存,废弃的尾矿堆存在尾矿库,占据了大量的农用、林用土地,增加了矿山企业的成本,并对环境造成影响。当前,资源矛盾日益突出,矿石价格长期维持在高位,从废弃的土场和尾矿库寻找资源已成为国内众多矿山企业的共识,也是解决资源利用水平低的途径之一。在废弃的尾矿库开展资源回收利用,既可解决尾矿砂排放量大所带来的环境影响,又可延长尾矿库的使用年限,减少尾矿库占用面积,是贯彻科学发展观的有效手段和发展方向。某矿根据尾矿库实际现状,在科学考察试验的基础上,提出了对老尾矿库实施尾砂资源回收工程,并于2005年底投产,近5年来,已累计生产品位66%的铁精粉112.8340万t,创效益近 5.25亿元。本文重点对该矿尾砂资源回收情况进行介绍,为矿山资源挖潜引出新路。

       

      Abstract: The Iron ore resources of our country is relatively poor, the average amount of iron resources per capita in China is low. The rock refuse produced during the processing of iron ore mining stacks in the waste disposal site, the waste gangue stacks in the gangue site. Thus, large amount of agricultural and forest land were occupied and the cost of the mining enterprises was increased. Also, the environment was being polluted.Nowadays, the resource problem was more and more being concerned, the price of the ore was very high for long time, it is a common consensus for a lot of mining enterprises that searching for resources in the waste disposal site and the waste gangue, this also can solve the problem of low resource utilization efficiency. Recycling the resources in the waste disposal site can not only solve the problem of environment pollution caused by lager gangue discharge, but also can extend the usetime of the waste gangue site and reduce the area of the waste gangue site.Thus,the scientific outlook on development can be well implemented. Some mining enterprise based on the current situation of the waste gangue site and scientific experiment, the recycling project of gangue was put forward.The project was put into operation in the year of 2005, the 66% grade iron ore was produced 112.8340 tons in all during the last five years, 525 million was earned. The gangue recycling situation was introduced in this paper, and seeking for a new way for mining resources tapping.
