露天煤矿生态环境遥感监测与评价方法研究——以霍林河一号露天矿为例

摘要: 本文基于不同空间分辨率、时间分辨率的遥感影像,结合地面踏勘和GIS分析,建立新的露天煤矿开采生态影响评价方法体系。该体系针对不同尺度的评价对象,构建不同监测方法和指标体系。对于排土场等小范围,采用分辨率在2~5m精度的遥感数据监测;对于区域土地利用变化,采用20~30m分辨率的遥感影像,解译后进行空间分析,计算土地转换矩阵;对于区域植被覆盖度,采用NDVI指数建立方程计算;对于区域植被长时序变化,分析LAI长时序动态变化。以霍林河一号露天矿为例研究表明,该体系能较为客观、准确、全面的评价矿区生态的变化特征,弥补了矿区生态很难定量、客观监测和评价的不足,为矿区生态恢复奠定基础。Abstract: Based on the remote sensing technology coupled with field survey and GIS,a new ecological impact assessment system for open-cast coal mines was built.This system,which can quantitatively assess the ecological impact,included different level of data and index in line with the subject vary by an order of magnitude.The 2-5m resolution image was suitable for mine dump as well as 20-30m resolution images for land cover change.The vegetation coverage change was calculated by the NDVI function and the vegetation long term fluctuation analyzed by LAI.According to the case study of 1st open-pit mine in Huolin river,this system was effective and accurate and could be illuminating for ecological construction and restoration.
