Abstract: Firstly, the paper introduces the importance of multinational purchase from theory. Secondly, the paper carefully demonstrates the situation of China petroleum resource. At last, on the basis of analyzing the situation, the paper puts forward the strategy of exploiting petroleum resource abroad and introduces in detail multinational purchase of Chinese three large petroleum corporations from point of view of geopolitics.
