本煤层带压封孔技术装备研究及其应用

    Research and application of pressurized sealing borehole equipment in mining seam

    • 摘要: 瓦斯抽采是解决煤矿瓦斯问题的根本手段。在分析煤层钻孔应力分布的基础上,研究了带压封孔技术封堵钻孔裂隙的基本原理,并结合“两堵一注”工艺,研制了新型带压封孔装置,并对装置进行实验,结果表明该设备能够满足注浆压力0.5 MPa要求。通过理论分析确定了大佛寺煤矿40118工作面最佳注浆压力为0.4 MPa和最佳封孔长度为12 m,经现场验证带压封孔技术抽采瓦斯浓度较常规封孔工艺提高50%以上,有效地保障了工作面的安全开采。

       

      Abstract: Gas drainage is a fundamental method of solving gas disasters of coal mine.Based on stress distribution features of borehole,the sealing mechanism of pressurized sealing technology was analyzed.Combined with the “two sealing and one grouting” technology,the new pressurized sealing equipment was developed.The experimental result showed that the equipment couldmeet the demand of 0.5 MPa grouting pressure.With the theoretical analysis,the technical parameters of 40118 mining face in Dafosi coal mine were obtained,the best grouting pressure was 0.4 MPa,and the reasonable sealing length was 12 m.The field test showed that the pressurized sealing technology could improve the gas drainage content by 50%,and the technology could ensure safety mining.
