Abstract: Based on the analysis of the relation between coal enterprises and coal cities,the author elaborates the neressity of their cooperative development,as well as the guilling ideas,aims and key projects.Furthermore,the cucthor puts forward the basic pvinciples in the cooperative development of coal enterprises and coal cities,by employing Boston Matrix Analysis Method.
