过渡金属酪氨酸配合物热化学性质的研究

    INVESTIGATION OF THERMOCHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF THE COMPLEXES OF TRANSITION METAL WITH L-TYROSINE

    • 摘要: 合成了过渡金属(铜、镍)与L-酪氨酸的固态配合物,通过化学分析、IR及TG-DTA对其组成及热稳定性进行了研究,确定了配合物的组成为Cu(Tyr)(Ac)2·3H2O和Ni(Tyr)Cl2·5H2O。用HWR-15型恒温式微机量热计测定了上述配合物的恒容燃烧能,并计算了它们的标准摩尔燃烧焓(ΔcHØm)和标准摩尔生成焓(ΔfHØm

       

      Abstract: The complexes of transition metal(Cu(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ))with L-tyrosine were synthesized.The composition and the thermal stability of the complexes were investigated by chemical analysis,IR and TG-DTA.The composition of the complexes are determined with Cu(Tyr)(Ac)2·3H2O and Ni(Tyr)Cl2·2H2O.The constant volume combustion energies of the complexes have been determined by a HWR-15 type constant temperature computer calorimeter.The standard molar enthalpy of combustion(ΔcHØm)and the standard molar enthalpy of formation(ΔfHØm)were calculated.
